false advertising - non service
I had logged a matter with this company in November 2020 and since then have had 4 sms asking for information which i supp****. I have had no further contact with them and merely received sms's with the last advising me that my file will be closed. The matter that i had logged has todate not been activated and hence i have received no service from this company in spite of me having a policy for the last 5 years. THis is the 1st time that i had asked for assistance on a civil matter which i suppose is not important enough for them to be bothered with.
