False advertising and empty promises
False advertising and empty promises. For the 1st time I've launched a complaint with scorpion and I have received no service from them. I was put onhold until I hung up, then called again...put onhold again until some lady decided to answer my call. I then told her what my complaint was. She took my details and promised to call me back. I have not received a call from them, but received a message saying that my case has been closed... Waste of my money with this company. I'm as good as someone without legal protection.
