I had an agreement with you guys 6years ago and I end up canceling as I was not happy with your services. Now my problem is that every few months you guys reactivate this account and debit from my bank account which I don't know why I would call you and I will get laim excuses from you but can't refund my money, yesterday I received an sms saying I rejoined which I never did today you attempted to debit my account I am tired of this I don't know who needs to fix this
