Fail to help

I joined scorpion for over 8years now,I reported my matter to them but they failed to help me,I was under administration for 7 years now,so ask them to assist me,since my depth they sending me emails telling me that they don't get their money but I pay to administration every months so I wanted scorpion to follow up and find out,what is happening, they fail to do that, they calling me three times telling me they waiting for my statement until now its been 6 months now waiting for my statement, but they deduct my money every month, I regret why I joined scorpion, and I won't advised other people to join them
