Extremely Poor Service
I had originally lodged a case in early January 2018 where the legal advisor was so unprofessional and had no clue what she was saying. Never received any feedback on claim until I called almost a month later. The case had been transferred to the Pretoria branch and still no update from them. Now 2 days ago my husband lodged a case and the advisor told him that an sms would be sent with the case number after taking down all the details from him. No sms was received so I called today only to find out my husbands case was never entered on the system. This is now 2 negative incidents on my membership has a new client. Defenitely I have made a bad decision on taking up membership with Scorpion Legal. Very dissatisfied client.
