EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION

LET"S BE CAREFUL WHEN WE CHOOSE SERVICE PROVIDERS!! MOST OF THEM ARE GOOD TO PROMISE BUT WHEN IT'S TIME TO DELIVER THEY FAIL DISMALLY!! We are extremely disappointed with the service received from Scorpion Legal Protection. After +/-20 years, having Scorpion Legal Protection policy, this is the first time that we have ever laid a claim under this policy which is under my husband's name. The claim was made with Scorpion in 2021, and at the beginning, communication was better, as a lady by the name of Busisiwe Masondo gave regular feedback and always kept me well informed of what was happening with the claim. In January 2023, I received communication that Busisiwe left Scorpion an someone by the name of Pontso Sangweni took over from her. This was the beginning of chaos! Up to now, I know nothing about the status of my complaint! Regular calls have been made to try and find out what's the delay since Judgement was granted in February already, but in vain! Worse, to my dismay, calling Scorpion has brought me no joy thus far with calls being transferred from 1 pillar to post! I ended up also calling the lawyers office which refers me back to Scorpion Legal Protection. Why must we suffer like this as clients?? We will now be cancelling this policy with a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE, and WE REGRET EVER JOINING SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION!! 'STRIKE BACK LEGALLY' using Scorpion? you better think wisely!!
