<p>I wish to express my sincere thankfulness and gratefulness towards Scorpion Legal Services and in specific Ms Andrea Foster for the great service I have receive thus far in respect of my case that are being handled by you.<br /> <br /> Since the beginning of this case the Scorpion team displayed professionalism and the people kept in contact with me. I am however not able to express myself in English and really find it challenging to speak and write and this often result in misunderstanding and confusion when I need to give through or receive information. My wife always assists me but it is not always possible for her as she is also working full time and I can not always delay in replying and corresponding until she gets home in the afternoon.<br /> <br /> Scorpion had full understanding and compassion for the challenge I am faced with and assigned my case to Ms Andrea Foster from the Cape Town offices. When she first made contact with me she displayed professionalism and willingness to assist me to the best of her ability. She took time to understand and to get all the facts. <br /> <br /> Throughout the case she however went far beyond that by displaying commitment and one can easily sense the passion she has for the work she is doing; Keeping me updated through the whole process, responding promptly to my e-mails and listen to my cocerns and addresses it. She is not bound to her working hours, as she has also made contact with me and worked on my file even when she was booked of sick and also over a weekend just to give me feedback and to obtain relevant information in order to ensure progress.<br /> <br /> Expertise, stewardship, commitment and professionalism are fundamental for the success of a company and Ms Andrea Foster displays all these atributes.
