EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE

a few weeks ago I visit the Bellville branch for I had a problem getting my UIF benefits; I was helped by a man, and it was the first time he helped me.

what touched me was that he fitted himself in my shoes and sympathize with me, he felt the pain that I was feeling.

he explains how they are doing their best to get foreigners to get their benefits as they are contributing to the organisation , he acknowledged that it was very unfair to pay and not receive the benefit of what one had paid for.

he even went the extra miles to search in order to show me the last date the court was held on the matter related to foreigners using asylum not getting their UIF benefits.

the way he helped me by explaining to me that, it is a government organization in which they have no power to do anything; but they are fighting for it, if they win the case, every foreigner using asylum will be able to get their UIF benefit, this made me feel like I get my UIF benefit already . it was a very good experience talking to someone who's very attentive and focused.

thank you very much; help is not always getting what we need as sometimes we are always focused on our own problems; but making someone to undetstand what is going on with his problem, is another way of solving the problem, as the person will surely what the really problem is.
