I would like to make use of this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude towards the investigating team in PTA of Scorpion.

I laid a charge against a male nurse who assaulted and manhandled me at one of the state hospitals on the 22 May2017.

According to SAPS investigation officer In 2017 he informed. Me that he was waiting for the video footage. Of which was a lie.

I got a call from Scorpion whereby they informed me that they will close the file and I informed them that after 2 years I'm still waiting for SAPS

Case was referred to PTA whereby scorpion wrote to the Provincial commissioner as SAPS closed the case without informing me.

In April they wrote to the Commissioner and after that I received a call from a Colonel who took statement again and the State prosecutor started a mediation process.

This past Friday I was handed a letter from the alleged suspect in which he apologised and settle to compensate me for the loss I incurred for my jacket.

You have restored my faith in you and the matter is closed. I think you from the bottom of my heart and without your guidance and expertise in would be lost and would still waited for SAPS who never investigated the .and there.

Your service according to my experience was excellent and would really applaud you to keep up the good work
