Excellent Service

I had a CCMA matter which Mbali was assigned to. She acted as the liason officer between the lawyers and myself. The employer refused to pay, but Mbali re-assured me countless times that I will get the money owed by my previous employer. Needless to say, after a long battle with my previous employer, they eventually paid. Mbali has excellent customer service skills as well as patience and a great sense of humor. She handled my good and my bad side like a pro. Thanks Mbali, I appreciate all your efforts!
