<p>I experienced issues regarding a purchase of a BMW from SMG BMW Durban where the dealer failed to disclose damage to the vehicle. The dealer failed to resolve the matter and I handed it over to Scorpion Legal and was assisted by Prasanta Naidoo from the specialist contracts department. Prasanta was very efficient in the handling of the matter and directing the matter through the relevant process. Well done Prasanta on your excellent interaction with me. </p>
