Excellent customer service delivery

I was part of an incident which required me to appear at the police station then in court. I remembered the day before me going to court that I had a policy with Scorpion and contacted them to request them to represent me in court. <br> <br> I sent an e-mail to Elsa Mahlangu at the Durban offices as I have an open matter that they are handling for me. She then contacted the Jhb offices and gave them my details to contact me. I then contacted by Sithembiso Mkhasibe and told him of the whole matter. I explained the sense of urgency of the matter. He then referred my file to the attorneys. Vishal Singh then contacted me from the attorneys and sources attorneys in my area. <br> <br> The attorneys contacted me and arranged the whole thing for the next day. This all happened in just a few hours. I never expected it to happen as it was such short notice. I was amazed of the service from all lthe parties and the sense of urgency they showed.<br> <br> Well done to Scorpion for hiring outstanding people who protrays such excellence
