Excellent customer service

<p>With the new on line system for SARS Tax returns, i discovered that technology came handy in that i do not have to go and stand in long ques anymore, however this is still a tip of an iceberg...Scorpion Legal Protection's Tax Specialist department made my life even much more easier as i do not even have to spend my time logging onto the SARS website now, the question is if i am not doing it who does it for me? As a Scorpion Legal Protection member i recently got assisted by one of thier competent Tax Consultant Mduduzi Hadebe, he requested that i send him my IRP 5, Income tax certificate and power of attorney letter.My expectation was that he would at least tell me that i do not owe SARS a cent, but when he responded a few days later with my assessment indicating that there were funds due to me from SARS, i couldnt help myself except to smile all the way to the ATM. I must acknowledge that this gentleman does not only have talent but he is committed to his job and the excellent Customer service i experienced from him really confirm the passionate he has about his job, i would recommend him to anyone who need peace of mind regarding Tax related issues , well done Baba!!!...keep it up... from George Madisha</p>
