I became a member of Scorpion Legal a month ago, but since then, I haven't received any information about my policy, including the membership pack. To date, I still don't have my membership number. Despite my efforts to contact them about this issue, I've been shuffled from one department to another, indicating a lack of training among their employees. I've ultimately decided to cancel my membership, but even that process was difficult. Despite this, they continued to deduct their monthly fee.
