Elapsed My A*** 12 years of paying for nothing!!!!!!

I have been your customer for over 12 years and you would get your money through a monthly debit order then suddenly i was told that my services with you have elapsed because I wasn't paying anymore, how while you would debit your money monthly and there was never a month whereby I did not receive any income or my income came late. I am really disappointed and I really feel like I was ****med, 12 years paying for what? Nothing? this is BS!!!!! I want something to be done. Last month I sent an email to the complaint department but I haven't received any response til date. I want my service to continue where I left off or I am taking this further. I worked for every cent you debited and I want my services or my money back!!!!!!!!
