Don't be fooled by scorpion saying they available 24/7 i have been trying to get hold of them yesterday and i was holding for a long time ,i sent a WhatsApp for legal advice I'm sure 5 times no response up until today.i sent a complaint on their WhatsApp nothing up until now.All they want is you paying monthly premiums and nothing else no service they will provide.the other day some guy phoned me about my premiums but i said u debiting my account every month and now u want to talk about my premiums why are u debiting my account.their service is honestly poor the WhatsApp and call centre department.
