Does Scorpion still exist or dont the exist anymo?

I am a Scopion Legal member. A while ago I approached them with a legal issue I have. They instructed me to follow a 2 week proceeding thereafter I must contact them again. I did. I filled the paperwork as per their request. M Marema assisted me and informed me that the other party is not responding to their letters and because Scorpion found my claim valid they have appointed an attorney to me. I met up with the attorneys whom advised me they can continue with legal proceedings awaiting Scorpion Legal's instruction. a Few weeks went by and neither me nor the attorney has heard back from Scorpion. Today I phoned them and a lady arrogantly said they cannot assist further as they do not know what to do next. I asked her why not as it did not make sense and she could not explain. She put me through to her manager and they left me on hold. At a stage she gave the phone to a man who just mumbled and took the phone from him again. When I got upset she shouted at me and slammed the phone in my ear. What does this mean and what do I do? I also asked her if I should cancel my policy and she refused to answer me?
