Scorpion Legal Protection will not cover or represent you in any court or proceedings unless their think you will win the case. But as customers we are not told that when they sell their polices. Strike back legal is a **** n wait until you need a lawyer. You case won't even reach anywhere because they will repudiation your claim on the basis of the lawyer that is appointed to you because the lawyer says you have no chance of succeeding while there is no test even in court or in discovery of documents proving that. Now I am left without lawyer in my labour matter and civil matter and I was told to get a legal aid support while I have been paying scopion legal protection almost 5 years now n they still continue to deduct premiums from my account while they can't represent me in court. This real a ****, are we only paying for cases that only scopion legal protection can win in court? When scopion legal protection determines merit of your cases, they don't consider your submission as their client, they will rather listen and consider the final word of the lawyer that they claim is appointed for you. I am really not enjoying any benefits from scopion legal protection and I am not happy with their service. I hope FSCA can look into this legal protection companies who takes people's money and only want to represent them when you only going to win the cases.
