Dissapointed with the ineffective way of addressing city power matter.

I'm still waiting for scorpion Legal to respond and give details on how they are planning to resolve my problem against city power. Attorneys have been appointed to provide legal opinion, however Im interested on how scorpion is going to solve my problem. I was adviced to pay city power 13k to reconnect my unit. Payment and reconnection were done in January 2023.

This emanates from the power cut, from city power, that occurred in June 2022,reason being meter bridging, of which I plead innocent since I never tempered with the city power equipment.

I'm so disappointed with the slow pace in which the matter is being addressed and my emails not getting the attention they deserve. In addition, it's not clear as to what is the scope of the appointed attorneys.

kindly assist with the following questions: 1. Are the attorneys going to help going foward? Or their scope was just limited to legal opinion? 2. What is the next approach since I went to city power offices and they outlined the steps to be followed?
