DISSAPOINTED

i will not recommend you to friends and family. Me and my husband signed up to second week of April and the lady that assisted us advised that everything is sorted and 1st payment will go off on the 30/04/2016.( please refer to call recording as your calls is recorded) after the payment did not go off i called as my husband is abroad and was advised that they could not find our details. I then sent an SMS with the word QUERY of which someone called. they then advised me that my husband's passport number is incorrectly typed on their system( as if it was our mistake) they advised me to fax to documents, i guy then called me 5min therafeter and told me the same thing. he then provided me with his email address and advised that it will be recitied. i sent 2 sms again with the word QUERY to 34453 of which no one ever got back to me. i then send an email again to they guy that gave me his email address ( ***) and he never got back to me either. if this is the serive you guys give while we not even coverred than i fear when the debits start going off. once my husband is back in SA i will make sure that he cancel this policy and make sure i place this on facebook that my friends and family does not fall in the same trap me and my husband fell.

Dear Suraya12,
We have reviewed our processes for capturing new business and we agree that your application was not handled as we would have like. We apologise for this mishap on our side.
The process was frustrated firstly by a p***port number which was illegible on the application form. Consequently a human error occurred with this number and this delayed the processing of the application form. To add to this your husband joined and not you, so we were reluctant to make changes and process the policy if it was not mandated by the main applicant. Finally we can understand that your frustration grew when our employee neglected to respond to your e-mail. Finally, we confirmed the we did try to respond to each of your smses, but some were unsuccessful. We are addressing the issue.
In the meantime, we have in telephonic contact with you to clarify the issues. Your husband's policy do***ents have been posted to you and you can expect delivery in approximately 3 weeks. You still have a 30 days money back guarantee from date of receipt of the policy do***ents to reconsider whether you want the policy or not. If not, we will refund any premium paid.
We hope that you will reconsider your continued membership with us as Scorpion offers great value and legal protection.
Kind regards,
Mboneni Rathiyaya
