Disrespectful Nompumelelo...
Cancel that damn policy if I'm going to be called by condescending idiots who call themselves your agents... is this the level of service I should come to expect when I request a call back ? There was absolutely nothing wrong with me asking the lil idiot to repeat herself as I was a bit preoccupied, she in turn saw it as an opportunity to patronize me. If you need me to come train your employees on phone etiquette ill gladly come do it. I AM a CLIENT, NOT HER FIREND. even if my premium contribute to her tax she should have some respect I never want to be called by Nompumelelo she clearly wasn't raised right.

11 Apr 2026, 13:13Honestly speaking the service is underwhelming. After some lady called me to I dont know ask for the story and attempt to smooth things over. She asked if I still needed legal advice and I asked for a callback on Tuesday guess what I was called on Monday... also whats the whole point of calling 2 min apart and closing the call back ?
Today I called told half my story and the call got disconnected... called back and because I couldn't remember the lady's name I had to start from scratch.
So vele if a call disconnects yall dont call back... wooow
Just to mention the gentleman who called me to acknowledge my complaint called me twice and I had to tell him the same story twice like are there no notes made on politics so you don't call the same client twice. Ive dealt with complaints and the way your team handles queries in general is appalling. No wonder your Hello Peter page looks the way it does.
