DISPUTE WITH HOA(BODY CORPORATE)

I had an account dispute with my Body corporate after seeing figures that didn't make sense and they gave me a lot of run around.I escalated the matter to Scorpion Legal Protection for intervention and waited for their response.After a month they requested additional information which I provided and I waited again.I received summons from the attorneys and again forwarded them to Scorpion Legal Protection telling them this matter has draaged far too long and I might be blacklisted if they dont intervene,at that time the amount beigh sought by the attorney was R5K.I made a lot of follow ups with Scorpion Legal and everytime I have to tell my story from the begnning(Proffesionalsm questionable) and same promise made previously will be made by a different consultant.I requested that they assign one person who will deal with my case which they did but I had to call her now and then to check progress and she will call only when she receives my messages.After so many attempts to get Scorpion Legal Protection to intervene the worse happened,the Sheriff visited me and listed my property stating that I now owe R20K and they must attach my property.I immediately called Scorpion and request them to get an interdict against this execution but again I had to re-tell my stiory this time to a new consultant again.I was told that an attorney will be assigned to intervene but knowing their modus operandi wrote an email to their complains department and to date nothing came from that office.I received a call tis morning from the consultant that was assigned to deal with matter and to mys surprise she was also clueless of the latest developments,what a shame.I decided to settle this amount which I did not budget just to save my reputation because I know how useless Scorpon Legal is when it comes to serving its members as they claim.I HAVE A LOYAL MEMBER TO THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 5YRS AND NEVER SKIPPED A SINGLE PREMIUM BUT THEY FAILED ME WHERE IT MATTERS THE MOST....SHAME ON YOU SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION BECAUSE OF YOU I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY AND YOU ARE STILL COLLECTING THE PREMIUMS...SIES MAN
