Dismissed without hearing all the facts

Called in today for legal advice and the consultant that spoke to me without considering my feeling dismissed and the way she handled the whole discussion. Instead of defending my rights, she pressured me to comply the third party without wanting to hear the whole story. The advisor failed to review the evidence and listen to what i was saying. I had no choice except to just listen to her and close the call without getting any help.
