Disgutted and humiliated by this bad service.

I have to mention from the outset that this has not been an easy decision,to come to this platform and share my utter dissapointment and unprofesional conduct of Scorpion legal. I have a very very serious case that has been draged since 2019.My case concern is a labour matter.I am the one making calls to Scorpion legal to get feedback on my case,I get the same response every time,which is we are waiting for a sit down down at the Labour Court.But I will phone you back to give you further update,that has never happen.

I contacted Scorpion Legal again and again and were told the same.Then COVID 19 hapened I was then told due to COVID 19 all the cases has been pushed back and they will have to re-submit my documents.They will keep me up to date of which never happened.

I contacted Scorpion Legal again and the version has now changed to we are waiting for the disc to be transcribed and it will have to be filled with my documents,the details I got kept on changing.I contacted them again and I was the told I dont have case,I was totally shocked and lossed of words and asked myself how did it came to this point.

I contacted Scorpion again and was told that they got my file back from the Attorneys and evaluate it to establish is there merits to continue with the case or not.I am still waiting on feedback.What blow my mind is..I am the one calling Scorpion Legal from day one and need to practically beg them for feedback.They have never and I mean never called me out of the own accord and updated me.I must say I am totally dissapointed in the conduct of this company it does not come close to the bold promises they make on Tv.I am seriously contemplating on cancelling my policy with Scorpion Legal,I will make my desicion based on the feedback I will be getting of which I doubt to get..I am bown away..terrible service.I have most of the dates and times when I contacted them,but I guess of what use is it anyway.
