Disgusting service

i had opened a case with scorpion against my previous employer as i resigned and they refused to pay out my annual leave. scorpion had intially given my case an adviser who had no labour law idea, when i comlained they handed the case over to Menzi Mbona. he had contacted my employer and sent them an email confirming that i would receive my payment by the 07/04/2021.when i contacted scorpion they mentioned that menzi mbona would contact me by COB on 08/04/2021 with feedback on my case. he never contacted me and when i contacted scorpion just after 4pm on 08/04/2021 they say he is gone home.

this is completely unacceptable.
