Disgusted service yet AGAIN

Been more that 15/16 years with scorpion, recently I had called them to assist with a dismissal case,they appointed PREGEN GOVINDASAMY AND ASSOCIATES,my lawyer COLLEN was always busy when I tried to get any information about the upcoming Conciliation proceedings, so I called upon scorpion to get hold off COLLEN, eventually she showed up at Conciliation and I requested,"I would appreciate it if you could be more of a assistance give my case/project closer attention" as I'm not aware of procedures,she did not handle it professionally and app**** for a repudiation next day(step down because she knows the case is a has not positive outcome, I contacted scorpion immediately and app**** for the repudiation to be reviewed(Legal procedures) on the 25th of December 2025,with absolutely no urgency from scorpion,on the 7th January 2026 I emailed Elliot the manager of the call center who I have dealt with previously multiple emails and no replies eventually I get hold of him and he tells me the case is been reviewed by a case handler and will call me back immediately withim a few minutes of consultating the case handler, which I have never been in contact with,neither by Elliot today is the 2nd of February and still nothing no contact, I went into arbitration WITHOUT LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, luckly the proceedings was postponed, I NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP, literally every 25th my money is debited from scorpion, have I ever complained or not paid once?NEVER
