Disappointment

I really don't know if scorpion is really or not. I've been trying to contact the lady who opened my file for about 3 weeks now and i cant get hold of her. Everytime i call on this contact number ***the receptionist tells me that she cant take my call she is busy and that she will call me back and she doesn't call me back and when i call again they said she called and i dnt answer her call.. Around early April i called scorpion and ask to cancel my policy because they failing to assist me with my problem and they said no dnt cancel we will help you and the lady who held my file called immediately and i send all the information she wanted from there Zizipho vali from department of vehicle is no where to be found... So if i want them to help me i must call and say im cancelling my policy again so that she can help me thats very bad and im really not happy with their treatment. I dnt even miss a payment but this is how the thank me. This case is from January im so disappointed 😞 now when i check the letter of demand everything is wrong on it. The make of a vehicle, registration number and the amount.....
