Disappointing experience

Unprofessional Scorpion legal is the most unprofessional company that I have ever come across, I pay my monthly subscription and have never missed a single payment ever since i joined however they failed to resolve my case that i opened in 2019 until today they send me a message stating that they are closing the case because they cannot trace the defendant. I was always calling them to do a follow up, they don't take their clients seriously, they only care about money.
