Disappointed with the service

I am not very happy with Scorpion Legal at all.I submitted my case in October 2017 and am really disappointed with the progress provided.I was moved from Turner INC Attorneys to Grovelaw Attorneys (August 2019).

I always send email asking for updates but no one bothers to at least reply.Sent an email Sep 9 2019,Oct 15 2019 and got rep**** 28 Nov 2019 stating that they are are currently attending to payment of the previous attorney’s Account so that they can release their file contents.

If you cannot resolve my case ,please let me know.We going for 3 yrs now :(
