Didnt see to it that client receive CCMA Award rendered

The client was unfairly dismissed in March 2019. He still did not receive the CCMA awarded amount (Finding Dated 5 March 2019).

I’m writing this on his behalf as he is uneducated (cant read / write) . I was the communication between him and his lawyer and supported him throughout.

I feel very sorry for him and is very sad that he still did not get the payout after everything he had been through.

Someone at our complex AGM (2022) just mentioned “maybe we should just pay the guy” upon which a former Trustee who is responsible for unfairly dismissing him, stated that he will “personally sue anyone who pays Joseph”. (He is a magistrate and has the bad habit of doing these things - abusing his position, even when totally unfounded ……un grounded)

All 4 of the Trustees at that time are responsible for the unfair….. dismissle (A CSOS case was also opened as the Body Corporate is not responsible, but the trustees at that time who unfairly dismissed him. Even though voted as trustees they should still abide by the law, which they didnt). Worst of all this person even claimed over R13 000 for his appearance at the CCMA - he should not even have been there Plus he is a salary earner..???!!). Important info re this matter is available to be able to assist in order for payment to realise.
