DID NOT GET HELP FROM SCORPION

I had a property matter with scorpion. Ref *** for Jaco Kula. They said the a closing the file after they exhausted paralegal assistance. I am unhappy because they have contacted Mr Kula who is a metro police officer, serve him with documents to pay me directly or pay them the money he was owing me. They said Mr Kula is no longer picking up their calls. Scorpion called me to find out if I did receive payment from Mr Kula because no payment was done to them. They said I must take the matter to the small claim court. I s that all Scorpion can do for me? They must do more.
