Deceased Employee

I had a sister who worked for Scorpion until her death in July of 2018. June 2020 we haven't received a single cent from her deceased fund. After numerous pleadings, emails, calls we are still waiting for some assistance so she may finally rest in peace. No one seems to know what more do we need to do.
