Customer service - Mr Peter Mojela

<p>I just want to give a shout out to Mr Peter Mojela, at the call centre at Scorpian Legal Protection, branch -Legal Correspondence Department. He served me with the utmost respect and patients, after a back and fro with his collegues from Aug to Sept 016, whom did the oppisite of what i requested. After my case landed with Peter, he was patient and kept to his promises, doing follow up as he promised and assured that i recieve what i requested to be done. I was so impressed with his service, he deserves 5 stars, for being promt and getting back to me and ensuring that i was satisfied. Scorpian need more Peter's and I hope his collegues take a page out of his book, what it really means to service a customer. :-)</p>
