I’m very disappointed with how the employees handle cases. My dad has been a member of for over 10 years. Every time we go in for legal advise or a case they tell us to drop the case. Currently we are in process of going to court however my dads papers go missing. We receive weekly calls saying something is missing as though they are deliberately delaying the process so that we do not proceed and this is unacceptable. Just today he went with what was supposedly missing and they are telling him that there is missing documentation that we had already submitted. My dad has never missed a payment but they can never show up when we need assistance they just gladly take our money
