Customer Dissatisfaction on service rendered

It has been 3 weeks now and Scorpion Legal Protection is failing to provide update or feedback on the progress of getting Warrant of Execution against the State Attorney and Minister of Police. The only time I receive update is when I wrote a review on Hello Peter which is not good. They don't do any constant follow up with the attorney to get this matter resolved. They take their own time while this case has been running for more than 10 years.
