My Dad sought legal intervention from Scorpion Legal Protection, Vereeniging office about the difficulties he was facing at work last year. He dealt with a lady called Judith. The problem was that he wanted to retire as he was over 60 years old but the owner of the company; MC Steelworks refused to give him his package and forced him to work. Scorpion Legal Protection (Judith) worked on this case and reached an agreement with my dad’s employer that he’ll get 50% of his package as the company claimed they are struggling. The lady advised my Dad to take it even though she didn’t know how much that 50% entails. On March 6, 2019 my dad sadly passed away and he was at work the day before, 5 March. Now, the lady is no longer taking my calls when I want to follow up about my dad’s case cause we never received a cent for his funeral from his employers, I wanted to follow up on the 50% package but she’s avoiding me and always claims to be busy with a client every time I call and always promise to come back to me. I suspect she’s colluding with the employer or she simply doesn’t know what she’s doing. As a family we need closure on this matter, my dad died of cardiac arrest due to stress caused by this matter. Can you please help me deal with this lady….
