cracked trust between attorney and client

<p>5 May i went to court to apply for mantainance</p> <p> i phoned scorpion 24 hour legal line for legal advice. i was advice to take the subpeona with me and email it to ********** i emailed th the subpeona together with my marriage certificate. then the waiting staterd until i called them after a week then they emailed me the disclaimer form, i signed and emial it back to them. they allocated me an attorney OM ngewnya in rustenburg. i was outside of the counrty that time. i came back and went to the attorney for consultation. 1 the attorney had the file under my ****en name instead of my surname im using. 2 the attorney didnt have the copy of the subpeona. i gave them the subpeona and they made copies. and said they will serve the defended. i also gave them a second address for the defended. today i phoned the attorney to ask whats going on since we are going to court tomorrow. only to find that they mever serve the defended. i phone dscorpion amd dealtj with philile sibisi who wrote me a lettertelling me that my case will be handles by ngwenya attorneys but gave me the wrong attorneys details. when i ask her who served the defended since scorpion asl me to take the subpeona, she said the germiston wwas wrong i was supposed to go to a branch </p> <p>. 2 she used my ****en name because it on the system </p> <p>we ended up fighting i put my phone down and phoen germiston. in germiston they were shocke that my ****en name was used since on the system it my surname. 2 they dont have all the details of the case they will call dbn and ask them to call me. they phoned dbn and came back to that their manager will call me .</p> <p>thats was worse </p> <p>1 the surname issue is not a train smash(thays hwr word) </p> <p>2 who did i spoke to on the 5th of may who advice me to take the subpeoma</p> <p>3 i didnt give the attorney the subpeona </p> <p>4 i must phone the attoney back to sort this out.</p> <p>5 even if i can report to hello peter i will still deal with her, im nkt sure wherther that was a rhreat nt to report.</p> <p>6 </p> <p>now the attoney phones me back now asking for defendeds email who is in kzn dbn the court is in north west rustenbueh so he can send him the subpeona now. when i was there he never ask for it,so he said he is trying to help me. maybe imissing something here am i not paying Scorpinonthly for these services? all these wrong are now costing me more delays. so since they are delaying this case and im unemployed, so my kid will suffer again, and please of you gonna call me with sorry dont bother. i need a solution. and i have all the recording from todays calls i can gladly forwad them </p> <p> </p>
