Contractual dispute

My name is Jacob from Mogale city ***.As per previous request on being owed contractual money from arts and culture department,being handled by the so called "tough lawyer's am totally disappointed on requesting help from them.They just call and try to explain valuelessly.They called me to try and explain how they handle matters but to my sorry there's some sort of negligence from their side but they tried by all means to justify negligence. I requested help but failed me till today
