Contractual dispute

<p>I saw an AD from Telkom website about iPhone's spcials. I then contacted Telkom enquiring further about the special. The Agent confirmed that the AD was what I have enquired about. Without hesitation, I apply for iPhone online. To my suprise when the gadget was delivered, I realized that it was not what I have app**** for. Immediately, I contacted them to send courier to fetch the wrong gadget delivered and cancell my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom kept debiting my account dispite millions of emails and telephone calls I made trying to stop them from deducting money out of my account without providing any service to me. I struggled for two years, up until I decided to request Scorpion Legal Protection to intervene.</p> <p> </p> <p>Legal represantative from Scorpion by the name of Natasha Perumal from Durban branch contacted me.
