Consultation With Miss Simvuyele Phakamile

Hi At the beginning of January 2020 I went to Bellville Scorpion branch for consultation. At first, I was impressed by how beautiful and attractive that branch is. I was assisted by Miss Simvuyele Phakamile on the day. She took the statement from me and tried to get all the important facts regarding my matter(Debt review listing). Miss Phakamile was very professional that she showed more energy in assisting me get to the bottom of my matter on that morning.

After a lengthy consultation, Miss Phakamile requested me to sign a Power of Attorney documents and explained that my matter would be referred to a Scorpion Specialist who would assist me going forward. She also explained that I should wait a period of fourteen working days before the Specialist could revert back to me.

I am happy that even before this period had expired, Mr G. Maduvhula contacted me on the 13th January 2020 and also gave me contact number for National Credit Regulator; which I contacted in order to find out who placed my name on the Debt review. I phoned NCR immediately and was given the name and phone numbers of the person who placed my name there.

I am now awaiting for a feedback from the assigned Scorpion Specialist - Bonginkosi Ngomane after he phoned me recently, stating that he was still waiting for the Debt counselor to reply to emails sent.

I was touched by Simvuyele's dedication, hardwork & professionalism during my consultation and that is good value for money and I am very proud of being a Scorpion member.
