Confusing customer service by the claims dept of Scorpion Legal services.

My name is Vincent Huza I have been a member of the Scorpion Legal Protection for a number of years my policy number is 520078 then I decide to open a policy for my brother Daluvuyo Hluma Pika recently his policy number is ***0. I know that if you had an existing case before you join they don't allocate a lawyer for you but they did allocate a lawyer for him. The case was rescheduled for the 9th of this month, now they are refusing to allocate a lawyer for him and I think that is unfair treatment. Why did they allocate a lawyer for him in the first place and when that lawyer becomes unavailable due to personal circumstances they refuse to provide another lawyer. A lady called Pamela at their claims department delivered this horrible treatment to my brother.
