My wife had a problem with one of the bank, that closed her bank account due to suspected *****.

She never been contacted until she visited the branch and been told that will be contacted. funds was still available on her account but do not have access to do any transaction, the worse part our rental room burned down we left with nothing and we were approaching xmas time.

We visited almost all the capitec branches in East London also phoning customer service to seek the help but the account was not opened. On February 2019 we decided to visit scorpion legal protection since I am the member. We assisted with patient by legal adviser (Neziswa Luthuli) within 4days we get feed back from her (scorpion) but no hope that account will be reopen soon.

Neziswa she is a star always communicate with us, give us a feed back.

She escalate the matter within 2weeks we get feed back from her. After 3days my wife get an sms from forensic that must go to the bank with her payslip to show the bank manager and account will be reopen. Unfortunately the account was not opened due to payslip originality , she went back to scorpion. Scorpion sting "uyababa" Within the period of the month the account was opened and manage to withdrawn the money. Through the intervention of scorpion after so long ,we are happy family now.
