Compliant aginst Scorpion Legal Protection
In February 2021, I reportedto the scorpion legal protection. The case was about the unfair Labour practise such case was referred to the attorneys who failed to refer it in time to the CCMA. Subsequently they failed to apply to condo-nation when referring it outside the period of application.
In December 2021 the CCMA scheduled the matter for arbitration. On our arrival the CCMA said that the matter was scheduled for Condo-nation hearing.
In March 2021i contacted Scorpion legal protection about the development on my case and they told me that my case is dismissed and send me the award. The award is contradictory itself and lacked rationality, it is reviewable . However Scorpion and their attorneys did not consult me when they recieved the award.

I have heard back from your regional manager and he had admitted that your lawyers incompetence has ruined my case.
The regional manager and I had a telephonic conversation around how Scorpion would resolve my matter. However after the phone call no further communication has taken place between the regional manager and I, even though he said he would get back to me with a way forward.
I have tried calling him multiple times to get clued up on the progress that he is making to resolve my issue but he keeps on brushing me off.
I have even gone as far as drafting a proposal for him to look at, which he has acknowledged he has read but still no progress has been made.
the lack of accountability by your employees, really paints a picture, that Scorpion does not have the ability to help their paying clients who are distressed and in need of assistance. I made sure to fulfil my obligation by paying my monthly premium in return for your assistance, in any legal matters I have but I got the opposite, their lawyers actually sabotaged my chances of getting justice.
If you are considering Scorpion to assist you, I would think otherwise, your money would be better spent helping out a charity that is actually registered. I expected legal advice and assistance but I received incompetence and a lack of accountability.
