Complaint

I would like to express my dissatisfied bad service that I have experienced with your call centre, I have approached Scorpion legal for assistance in regards to having my name removed from Debt Review, they requested that I email some documents of which I have and after that I must be the one calling them to do a follow up or email to get feedback, to my surprise no one has called me and gAve me feedback everytime when I called I'm told to leave a message Zacharia will get back to me and it never happened, I just wanted to check with you do you have someone who monitors all the cases that have been logged, if so it means that the very person is not doing his/her job as this is long outstanding issue...<br> I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon and your assistance will be much appreciated <br> Deborah Baloyi
