Complaining

So i joined scorpion legal 2 months ago i am member there i am still waiting for my membership card because when try to do it on whatsapp they say there something wrong i asked for legal advice 2 weeks ago and nobody is getting back to me i am not happy with the service i have receive so far i they need wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
