Complain with Hifi corporation

I was not happy with the way hifi corporation dealed with my complain..I bought I microwave last year February.The microwave didn't work,I took the microwave back to the shop,it was taken for repair.They called telling me to come and fetch the microwave,To my surprise the microwave was not working again...when I took it back again,i was told that they didn't find the problem..I called scorpion legal to help me..Thanks to the legal team..I was refunded my money
