Complain /poor service

I've got case that is pending for 7 months with scorpion legal against thruworths and this people they won't update you about your case when you phone them they will promise to phone you back and they won't phone you it's been seven months now and thruworths is busy phoning and am phoning scorpion every day and they will tell me that an attorney will phoning back nothing... Am really disappointed about their service and I've been paying for many years with no help
