I then get a call from N Bux she calls me and she tells me she has taken over from Sibusiso and she doesn't even have full details of my case and she wants me to explain from scratch I tried but its like she wasn't interested so I say to her.u are so unprofessional u should have asked for details from Sibusiso when he handed over the case. Pls call me when u can help me.

She took about four days without calling me I then phoned scorpion to complain.thats when she phoned me and I mentioned she must respond via email

I then phoned her and still she was battling on the phone and I then asked her to send me an email.

I told her I'm.paying my monthly premiums for them to help me not for donation and after I gathered all the documents and struggled to get the letter of authority she tells me they can't help me bcos she doesn't know her job
