<p>I bought a property earlier this year. When I moved in June, the tiles were loose,cupboards falling apart, kitchen sink drain had a leak,sliding door could not open. Yet when I signed the purchase documents, all these things looked ok on the naked eye. I reported the matter to the selling agent,they came n saw all these things and informed the seller. The sales agent then disappeared when the seller told them he is not liable for all these as the property was sold as it is. I contacted scorpion durban office,and was assisted by Kirthi Maharaj who approached the seller. She assisted with reaching an agreement with the seller. Everything was quick and I was paid. The case took 4 weeks. I was very pleased with the quick response </p>
