Car collision case from 2016 January.

Hello Peter I desperately need you to intervine, it's not the 1st time I write about this issue and something it's not making sense there is something fishy here, scorpion is playing tricks with me and they want to rob me the money I waited for 7 years, some time last year the Hollard people offered me a settlement of R50k and I accepted the offer the next thing scorpion said hollard took the offer down to R25k I told them I don't want it because it cost me R35k to fix the car, they must negotiate that, the next thing today scorpion lawyer tells me that she is not sure that hollard will give me that amount of money and that I should give them few days and if no luck I must accept the offer I asked her who is going to pay for the legal fees, she said scorpion. Now I receive an email from scorpion saying I have accepted the offer which I didn't, I can even forward you guys the emails and now they saying when hollard pays will pay to the lawyers account and they will pay me, I don't want any money to be paid into the lawyers account because I have a feeling that Hollard paid the R50k. I even asked them to email me a copy that states that hollard dropped the offer even today I haven't received it.
